SUPERVISOR: REMIX (BAVARIA)

An opportunity exists for interested and qualified candidates to apply for the mentioned position at Namib Mills (Pty) Ltd in Windhoek, Bavaria Depot.

 PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To organize and manage the remix department.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure supervision of designated personnel.
• Supervise daily stock counts.
• Manage and control depot pallets.
• Manage all infested stock and maintain scheduled fumigation of stock and depot.
• Responsible for the safe storage of products.
• Manage to stock losses and breakages in the department.
• Responsible for the remix stock returned to Mills.
• Responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping cleanliness of the department and depot.
• Responsible for the fumigation of stock and warehouse.
• Responsible for monthly hygiene inspections.
• Provide feedback on a regular basis.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12 (NQF4) with 5 years’ experience in Stock Control on a Supervisory level OR relevant certificate (NQF5) with 3 years’ experience in Stock Control on a Supervisory level.
• Computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Valid drivers license.
• Proficient in English (written & spoken).
• Namibian Citizen.
