Students Affairs and Administrator – Namibia Institute of Technology – Windhoek, Namibia

Applications are invited from competent, suitably qualified, experienced and mature
professionals for the position of Students Affairs and Administrator in the Registrar
Department to be based in Windhoek

Job Description:
• Students’ Engagement, Support, Retention and Success
• Administration of teaching and learning and students’ records, .etc.

Requirements:
• A minimum of eight (8) years’ of provable work experience in Customer Service
and/or administration of records
• Highly focused on work outcomes
• Very friendly, proactive, people (Human Relations Skills)’s person with a strong
sense of humor and assertive mind
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, Strong attention to detail and
accuracy, Experience of writing substantial reports marketing.
• Strong self-confidence and eager to take leadership responsibility in a creating
awareness, leading students’ recruitments process, engagement, retention, and
success, etc. and prepared and committed to work beyond standard working
hours where work demands might necessitate to be so.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Hold a Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Records and
Archives Management or any other related qualification
• Any additional qualification in education would be an added advantage.
