Business Unit: FNB Namibia Retail Segment

Purpose

As a key member of tire segment Exco, this role Is responsible for driving and supporting the growth of the business in partnership ‘with the relevant executive and leadership teams. The successful candidate will be key to the development and delivery of strategies, the project management of various strategic Initiatives In a dynamic and exciting environment, and supporting the segment executive with performing their responsibilities on an ongoing basis.

Key Educational Qualifications and Experience Required:

Minimum Qualification: Relevant Post-Graduate Degree

Preferred Qualification: MBA/CFA

Experience: 3-5 years’ relevant experience of which 2 years must preferably be in financial services

Knowledge Required: Relevant industry knowledge, sound commercial and financial acumen, strong research skills. This candidate will need to be a entieal thinker and have a proven track record in leading through influence.
