STORES CLERK – JOBS NAMIBIA

Duty Description
Receives and checks incoming goods against the delivery notes or waybills (i.e., items, numbers, quality, part numbers, condition, etc.) as per the standard requirements.
Assists with the loading and off-loading of vehicles
Issuing and Binning of stock as per procedure
Assisting with stock counts
Keep track of inventory and informing buyer on stock levels
Reporting of order/stock discrepancies
Receiving goods
Checks and reports damages, breakages, and other maintenance problems
Monitors access to the store to prevent stock loss
Attends to enquiries
Housekeeping
Ad hoc duties

Duty Requirement(s)
Minimum Grade 12 with 23 points
Minimum 1 year of store keeping or warehouse experience
Mining experience will be an added advantage
Forklift experience will be an added advantage
Computer literate
Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
A dedicated team player ready to contribute
Must have a valid code of conduct not older than 3 months (Police Clearance)
Valid BE driver’s license
