Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process and verify incoming stock and deliveries.
- Manage stock transfers and branch orders.
- Capture and maintain accurate stock records on Eminance.
- Conduct stock takes and monitor inventory levels.
- Order contact lenses and optical consumables from suppliers.
- Liaise with branches and suppliers regarding stock requirements.
- Assist with stock distribution and inventory control across all branches.
- Ensure all documentation, invoices and customs paperwork are accurate and complete.

- Previous experience in the optical industry is essential.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
