Salary Scale N$ 269,189 – N$321,707

Housing Allowance N$ 13,080 per annum

Transport Allowance N$ 7,680 per annum

Minimum Requirements: A B-Degree at NQF L7 in Statistics plus four (4) years appropriate experience in sociodemographic and health data management.

Additional Requirements: A Bachelor Degree or (equivalent qualifications) in Health-related field in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Mathematics and Biostatistics plus three (3) years’ experiences (part of 4 years) in Health data management including data cleaning and analysis. Knowledge to analyse large data sets, using statistical packages (Epi info, STATA, Access, SPSS, Python, DHIS2 etc.). Proven knowledge of operational research and surveys. The candidate should have basic knowledge in Strategy Planning, Resources Management, Report Writing Skills, and Leadership. Good knowledge of statistical packages and Geographic Information System (GIS) is an advantage.
