Introduction

To identify the people, groups and organizations that could affect or be affected by Petrofund; to analyze stakeholder expectations and the impact on Petrofund; to collect information and provide inputs in the development and regular reviews of strategies for effectively engaging the identified stakeholders in a manner that meets the goals and objectives of the organization; to monitor the effectiveness of the engagements; report and recommend changes to the CEO; to provide prefunding, funding and post-funding support services to scholarship seekers and beneficiaries in line with approved strategies policies and procedures

Specification

– Stakeholders engagement strategy development and annual Plans/Programmes Preparation;
– Stakeholder Engagement Plan Implementation (Scholarship Recruitment, Scholarship Awarding, Scholarship Holders Processes, Liaising with Educational Institutions, attending Scheduled and ad hoc Meetings);
– Stakeholder Engagement Monitoring (including monitoring of academic progress of scholarship holders);
– Development and Maintenance of Marketing platforms including website, career exhibitions;
– Annual Financial Report Preparation and Printing;
– Personal effectiveness and competency development and teamwork.

Requirements

– Four-year Degree in Public Relations/Communication
– 5 years’ experience in public relations and stakeholder management environment as well as working with executives using various platforms including online;
– Sound knowledge of PETROFUND Services, Local Content Policies, online communication and marketing platforms, Petroleum Exploration and Production Act; Local petroleum industry, Policy review and Scholarship holder prefunding, funding and post funding support service;
– Critical thinking & problem solving skills;
– Creativity, planning & cost control skills;
– Negotiation & good writing skills;
– Code BE Driver’s License.
