SLOTS SUPERVISOR
PLAZA CASINO (WALVIS BAY & ONDANGWA)
As a Slot Supervisor, you will oversee the slots department operations and employees, ensure superior guest service is being provided, and that all rules and procedures are being followed. In addition, you shall handle and settle complaints of players. Verify and pay off jackpots. Reset slot machines after payoffs. Make repairs or adjustments to slot machines or recommend removal of slot machines for repair. Report hazards and enforce safety rules
