MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Responsible and accountable for the overall efficiency and profitability of the Slots operations
• To work with the Executive Team to contribute to the management of the operation as a whole.

EDUCATION. EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Grade 12
• At least 3 (three) years’ experience in an Slots Supervisor/Senlor Supervisor in the Slots department
• A minimum of 6 (six) years experience in the Slots department
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Computer literate at least in MS Word. Excel. PowerPoint
• Sound financial management and Budget control skills
• Demonstrate ability to maintain excellent physical standards and service levels
• Assertive, with high energy levels
• Training/people development skills
• Sound IR skills
• Prepares to work irregular hours as per business requirement
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to work without supervision
• Strong strategic focus and high level of mental alertness
• Excellent marketing and promotion skills
