SITE FOREMAN

General Description of Duties:

1. Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel at the construction site.
2. Coordinate and schedule construction activities, including the delivery of materials and equipment.
3. Monitor construction progress and ensure that work is being completed according to project plans and specifications.
4. Conduct quality inspections and ensure that work meets the required standards.
5. Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and change orders.
6. Manage project budgets and costs, Including tracking expenditures and identifying cost­saving opportunities

Qualifications:

1. College diploma in civil engineering.
2. Minimum 20 years of experience in road construction as a civil engineer, with a track record of success in managing projects and teams
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire workers
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English.
