UNIK Construction Engineering Namibia (Pty) Ltd, registered in 2013 and located at 26 Rensburger Street, Lafrenz, Windhoek, Namibia, specializes in large-scale projects such as road and bridge construction, water and sewer services, residential, commercial, industrial buildings, and infrastructure development.

Requirements:

A B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree in Civil Engineering
10 years’ experience as a Site Agent in Rail construction, earthworks, surfacing
Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring client specifications and requirements are met
Coordinating and supervising workers
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain an overview of the entire project while attending to detailed technicalities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Negotiating, supervisory, and leadership skills with the ability to delegate
