Vacancy: Site Agent Civil (1)

Scope: Project Management, Tendering, Liaising with Project consultants, clients and all stakeholders, material Procurement, Interpretation of Civil and Building drawings, Site Supervision and Quality Control

Qualifications and Keys Skills:

• Degree or Dip Civil Engineering 8-10 years working Experience
• Project Management Experience
• Special skills including Project Coordination with clients and Subordinates
• Cost and Quality Control
• Over 8 year experience in Engineering Procurement, Construction and Management (EPCM)
• Supervision of structural, Mechanical, Pipe works (SMP)
• Experience in large projects an added advantage
• Managing specialist sub-contractors
• Managing Contracts, schedule and conditions for building contract, GCC, JBCCANDFIDIC
• Preparation of Cost reports
• Carrying out internal systems Audit
• Conduct tool box talks and Risk Assessment

Special Requirements:

• Member of the Engineering Council of Namibia.
• Code BE Driving License.
• Should be able to travel all around the country and work in the field/project sites in remote areas.
