SHOP OPERATOR – CSB

VACANCY 

JOB PURPOSE:

To deliver exceptional customer service to sport betting players/clients by providing
superior sales service and interpreting cliental bet information on the bet ticket.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend to clients in a helpful and friendly manner
• Taking customer bets and capturing them on system and printing betslips
• Reconcile cash-up with daily financial reports
• Explaining the sport betting process to the clients
• Keeping the betshop clean and tidy at all times.
• Making sure that all weekly game fixtures are printed out and on the notice board

REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Preferably a woman
• Computer User Skills
• Grade 10-12
• Namibian Citizen
• Valid police clearance certificate
• Excellent Customer Focus
• Attention to detail
• Professional And Friendly
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• No betting industry previous working experience required
