SHOP MANAGER (WHK)

Required Skills:

• Proven sales and customer service skills to exceed targets.

• Strong Communication skills (verbal & written).

• Multilingual and sound knowledge of various leather,
  handcrafted bags and accessories.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Strategic sales planning and operational management that include stock control and daily shop operations.

• Relationship-building skills to establish loyalty with long lasting clients.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Retail Management & Marketing of leather or luxury goods.

Qualification:

• Grade 12 Certificate

• Marketing, Business, Tourism & Retail Management studies will be an added advantage.

Duty Station:

Windhoek & Hosea Kutako International Airport

Preference will be given to Namibians based in Windhoek
