Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle check-in and inspections with Guest
- Continuous follow-up and updating of vehicles’ progress status with technicians and guest.
- Make out quotations for parts, ordering of parts, follow-up and notify guest on progress of parts ordered.
- Manage Work-in-Progress and Cash Outstanding.
- Ensure all service plans are loaded and sent for payment after customer has signed.
- Deliver vehicle and explain all work done on vehicle to customer.
Requirements
- Namibian Citizenship.
- Grade 12.
- Valid Drivers License .
- At least 1-2 years’ of working experience in customer service role- automotive industry will be an advantage.
- Be passionate about great customer service
- Professional communication skills with diverse customer base in a confident pleasant manner
- Understanding of technical, commercial and administrative aspects of the motor and service industry
- Good computer literacy and workable knowledge of V10
