KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
⦁ Vehicle check-in and inspections with the customer
Continuous updating of vehicles’ progress status with the customer Follow up on vehicle status throughout the flow within the workshop to meet promised times
Ordering of parts, follow up and notify the customer to come in Manage Work-in-Progress of vehicles awaiting parts or sublet work Ensure all service plans are loaded and sent for payment after the customer has signed
Deliver vehicle and explain all work done on the vehicle to customer Minimize Cash Outstanding payments for completed vehicles Ensure clients’ vehicles are kept safe and control of vehicle keys throughout the process

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
⦁ Namibian Citizenship
⦁ Fluent in English – 2nd language will be an advantage
⦁ Grade 12 with 2 years relevant experience
⦁ Computer literate – knowledge of V10 is an added advantage
⦁ Valid Drivers- an added advantage
⦁ Be passionate about great customer service and organized working environment
⦁ Professional communication skills with a diverse customer base in a confident pleasant manner
⦁ Understanding of technical, commercial and administrative aspects of the motor and service industry
High level of integrity and sound character to contribute to the participative Service department team
