Requirements:

MUST be a Namibian citizen / Permanent Resident

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing tours and safaris for travellers to Namibia (and Botswana, Zimbabwe)

Excellent knowledge of sites to visit and experiences not to be missed in Namibia and neighbouring countries

High standard of integrity, customer service excellence and passion for the industry

Practical problem solver, strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities

Exceptional written and oral English (or French, German) communication skills

Good IT Skills

The ability to work as part of a team and good interpersonal skills

Enthusiasm, pro-active, sales-oriented attitude and self-driven

Flexible and open to changes

Valid driver’s license
