SENIOR RECEPTIONIST – Okahandja Medical Practice

VACANCY 
We are looking for the following:
SENIOR RECEPTIONIST
Okahandja Medical Practice requires the services of an experienced Receptionist /Telephonist to start a.s.a.p.
The female applicant should:
1. Have at least 5 years of previous reception experience in a medical
environment
2. Have excellent supervisory skills
3. Be computer literate (Knowledge of Eminance, Word, Excel, Outlook)
4. Have a high language proficiency in English and Afrikaans. Third
language recommendable
5. Be a hard worker with your own initiative
6. Be willing to work Saturdays and Sundays
7. Be between the ages of 35 and 50
8. Be healthy and in good physical condition
9. Be a permanent resident of Okahandja
10. Have values in line with that of the organization:

• Salary Negotiable
• Two months’ probation period without any benefits
• Permanent employment includes 50% Medical Aid,50% Pension, Traveling, Uniform, and Housing after 6 months
