Subdivision  Auxiliary Services

Salary Scale N$ 269 189 -N$ 321 707

Transport Allowance N$ 7680.00 per annum

Housing Allowance  N$ 13 080 per annum

Minimum Requirements: An appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 7) phis three (3) years appropriate working experience n the field of corporate communication, public relations. community engagement  and/or Larson services

Supplementary Select on Requirements Preferences will be given to candidates with Honors Degree or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 8) with a driving license and has knowledge in administering a website, managing social media platforms, liaising and engaging the community, arranging meetings and producing minutes

Mam Duties of the Job

1. Assist in the organization of Regional Council and Management Committee meetings

2. Interpret procedures and ensure maintenance of the meetings archive for the Regional Council

3. Draft official statements, press releases or reports for the Regional Council

4. Supervise and direct subordinates within the subdivision

5. Coordinate and disseminate relevant Regional Council information to the pubic and stakeholders

6. Liaise with the  Ministries , Offices. Councilors or private persons

7. Compile, forward and distribute correspondences of Regional Council
