JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverable to meet business objectives

Define project scope, goals, and milestones in collaboration with clients and stakeholders

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Assign and manage tasks, monitor progress, and provide support to ensure team members meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance, feedback,

and mentorship to junior project managers and team members. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stake- holders throughout the project life cycle.

• Maintain strong relationships and ensure effective communication to align expectations and deliverable
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues.
• Continuously evaluate project management processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. • 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
