MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the PROCUREMENT Industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in foreign countries is a plus
• Experience in Industrial projects
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Excellent computer literacy in MS Office
• Grade 12

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proposing & Developing procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs for the benefit of the project.
• Leading tendering processes, including development of Request for Interest and Request for Quotation packages in collaboration with Project Direction, bid review and clarification, and development and execution of technical contracts (with the support of legal department in Chatillon).
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms for the Project.
• Ensuring compliance anytime with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinating PROC actions for the dedicated scope of work he/she is in charge.
• Maintaining accurate procurement files (from sourcing to purchase orders signature), meetings records and correspondences with suppliers and ORANO stakeholders.
• Monitoring supplier’s adherence to the approved contracts and launch relevant actions in case of non-conformance with the requirements / expectations
• Providing weekly and monthly reporting to Project Direction
• Developing and/or assisting in preparing procurement policies, procedures and guidance documents.
• Creating the right flows of information and communication with key stakeholders (internal and external) – Collaborate with cross-functional & technical teams is fundamental to understand their procurement needs and specifications.

The duration of the assignment will be 04 months (may be extended depending on pre-feasibility study conclusions)
