Description
This position will provide a range of organisational development services on the development and implementation of key strategies for creating and sustaining a high performing organisation.
To work collaboratively at organisation and business units’ level to ensure business planning, performance monitoring and performance management processes inform and support each other and lead to continuous improvement of organizational performance.
To work in consultation and support the Learning & Development Division to creates staff development programs that support the organization’s succession planning objectives and foster a highly effective management and leadership structure.

Requirements
Accredited Honours degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Capital or related fields. Post graduate qualification in OD, Psychometrist/Psychological counsellor will be added an added advantage.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience, of which 2 years at supervisory level in the field of Organisational Development, Learning & Development and Performance Management.
Computer literate, proficient in written and spoken English, good communication skills, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, coordination and time management skills, planning and organising skills, customer care skills, interviewing skills, management and supervisory skills, negotiation skills, counselling skills, analytical skills, multi-tasking abilities, strong OD & Learning/Development knowledge and skills.

Personality traits: Assertive, emotionally mature, integrity, sensitive, helpful, able to maintain high moral and ethical standards, culturally sensitive, patient.
