SENIOR OFFICER: TRAINING MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT (GRADE D2) wanted at National Training Authority

Duty Station: Head Office

Reporting to: Manager: TVET Standards

Purpose: Manage the development of Competency Based Education and Training (CBET) training materials (including e-learning resources).

Key Performance Areas

• Managing Training Material Development Unit;
• Development of National TVET training materials;
• Special Projects; and
• Staff Management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Education or equivalent qualification (NQ Level 7) and
• Five (5) years relevant experience of which Two (2) years in supervisory capacity.
