SENIOR MINING MANAGER

Most employers require a degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related technical field, plus a Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency issued by the Namibian Ministry of Mines and Energy. At least 10-15 years of progressive mining experience, including supervisory and management roles, is usually expected.
