The Challenge

To provide a Human Resources Development support service to the Business which contributes to the overall Company Strategic Management goals and objectives.

The Ideal Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Organisational Psychology
• Strong facilitation, presentation and report writing skills.
• Three (3) years, practical experience in organisational, training and development environment
• Training Coordinator (NQF Level 4) & Assessor Certificate (NQF Level 5), will be considered an added advantage
• Code 8 Drivers license
