The Challenge:
SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER – ER – (CU) REF. NO. SERV/ 2022 – 005JOB FINDER

The position will be responsible to assist, advise and drive the initiatives of the Employee relations department. The position will further be responsible to foster and maintain harmonious relationships and advise to employees, line managers and other stakeholders in line the department’s strategic objectives.

The Ideal Applicant:

• Diploma or Degree in HR related field or equivalent qualification on NQF level 6
• Code 08 drivers’ licence
• Computer literate in Ms Office Suite Package, SAP
• 3 Years’ within an HR environment with proven practical ER/Labour relations experience.
