NPS is having a vacancy for a:

SENIOR HR DISCIPLINARY OFFICER ON MANAGERIAL LEVEL (Senior HR Discipline Officer Windhoek)

REQUIREMENTS:

• For a person with a strong personality, sober and loyal habits;

• Namibian- grade 12 – tertiary qualification will be an advantage

• Strong discipline and managerial skills needed

• Experienced Managerial and Human Resources skills of at least 10 years to be proven

• Applicant must work long hours, not office hours necessarily;

• Exceptional Knowledge of The Labour Law of Namibia with proven training.

• Knowledge and experience in presenting of labour cases to the Ministry of Labour.

• Be motivated and to create new ideas and opportunities amongst employees and Clients;

• A market related salary package offered including a company vehicle for official duties;

• Applicant should be older than 30 years,

• Driver’s license – Code B;

• Fully Computer literate;

• Must provide police conduct certificate;

• Fluent in English and at least 2 indigenous languages

• Good communication skills and Public Relations is essential;

• Employment agreement will be applicable after 3 months;

• Previous references of employment a necessity.
