ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Legal, Safety, Health and Environmental Compliance as well as promoting a safety
culture in the area of responsibility
• Lead by example through compliance with the company purpose and values
• Prepare management reports for decision making and monthly reporting
• Prepare Cost variance analysis reports for the operations
• Perform adhoc cost analysis to support the operations
• Support end users with preparation of 24 month Rolling forecast and Annual
Budgeting for both Operational and Capital expenditure
• To maintain the accounting systems
• Adhere to and implement internal control, governance and audit support.
• Maintain an effective working environment with colleagues, supervisors, and line
managers.
• Conduct Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) inspections and participation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• A Bachelor of Commerce. Degree in Management or Financial Accounting.
• A minimum of 5 years financial or management accounting experience, including
3 years in Cost & Management experience.
• Knowledge of accounting standards.
• Ability to perform highly independent work and resolve complex accounting and
financial problems.
• Computer literacy, (Microsoft Office Package) and a sound knowledge of
accounting systems.
• Code 08 Drivers License.
