Kamuhanga Hoveka Samuel Inc, a dynamic
and growing legal firm in Windhoek is seeking
a Senior Conveyancing Secretary to join its team.
The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:
At least 5 years of hands-on conveyancing experience in Transfers, including Deceased Estates. Deputy Sheriff transfers, Rectification transfers, and Sectional Title Developments.
Excellent command of the English language
Good computer and typing skills
Experience with programs such as E4, Legal Perfect, and Ghost Practice is an added advantage Namibian citizenship or permanent residency Ability to work independently and under pressure, and willingness to work extra hours if required Strong team player with a focus on customer service
