Senior Contracts Surveyor t Estimator

Experience:

Minimum 10 years broad Quantity Surveying refaled experience in the building Industry

Responsibilities:

o Pre-contract planning and execution plan

o Productivity forecast and planning

I o Wastage reporting

I O Submission of monthly payment appUcotion Io the Prine-pal Agent

i o Costing of variation orders and contract instructions

O Appoint subcontractors in line contract conditions

o Process and submit subcontractor payments

o Cost reports

o financial knowledge of a project and manage cosh flow

o Agree Final Account with Principal Agent

o Project based Commercial management

O Tendering

o Representing the company through management ot the estimating process. Including solicitation of blds and constructability input.

o Ensure that a programme Is established tor the tender process.

o Organising and planning estimating resources timoously.

O Preparing at documents for submission proqualiflcatlon process.

o Ensure projects are secured earty enough for operations to execute requ’red turnover targets.

o Ensure procurement of profitable work in meeting targets.

o Conducting appropriate pre-tender risk analysis.

o Develop and Implement Departmental Employee Career Development Plan.

o Meeting with existing and new Clionfs/Consultants.

o Compile and submit professionally compiled tender Bids (and thereby Budding Trust as an Industry leader).

o Chair. Tender Finalizations and Procurement handover sessions.

o Providing value engineering solutions including cost/schedule impfications.

Qualifications // Skills:

B-Tech Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent qualifications.
