Senior Contract Manager
Depot: Swakopmund, Namibia
Remuneration Package: Negotiable
Duration: 12 months contract
Duties and Responsibilities: Management and Supervision on the
construction and maintenance of railway
lines.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Higher
■ More than 25 years’ experience in the construction and maintenance of railway lines
■ Computer literate
■ Familiar with CoIto, Fidic and E10 specifications
■ Experience in the managing of railway projects of more than N$150 million
■ Competent with Industrial Safety in a Railway construction environment
■ Good English and Math’s skills
• Good knowledge and experience of mechanized railway construction machines
■ Extensive experience in writing reports
• Good understanding of trains operating
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good knowledge on the coordination of project disciplines including structural, architectural, geotechnical, surveying, and other aspects of a project
