Key Responsibilities
- Provide budgetary inputs to the Control Administrative Officer.
- Organize community meetings on instructions.
- Provide support services in relation to emergency management activities.
- Assisting with the coordination of community development projects in the Region.
- Responsible for minute-taking at meetings.
- Issuing of stock and carry out stock.
- Carry out any other official duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- An appropriate National Diploma or equivalent qualification on NQF Level 6 in the following fields: Public Administration/Management or related field plus at least 1 year appropriate experience or a Senior Secondary Certificate or equivalent qualification on NQF Level 3 plus at least three (3) years appropriate experience.
- Proven knowledge and experience in Procurement and stock taking.
