JOB GRADING – PATERSON C 1 DUTY STATION – WALVIS BAY
Primary purpose of position:
To perform divisional procurement and administer the storerooms and inventory. To provide administrative support to the NSI Testing Centre Division.
To provide necessary co-ordination, supervision and support to Administrative staff and Support officers.
Diploma in Office Administration or related qualification. NQF Level 5
2 years working experience in Procurement and or Administration Prior supervision experience will be an added advantage.
Code B Driving License, minimum two (2) years driving experience.
Skills & knowledge requirement:
Procurement and Stock administration Management system knowledge
Planning & Organising Communication
Computer skills (esp Excel, Ms Word, Typing) Institutional Policy and Procedures
Office Equipment Operation Evaluation / judgement
Key Performance Area
Perform procurement, stock and inventory administration Perform staff supervision
Co-ordinate cleaning, hygiene and housekeeping activities Perform administration and logistical duties
Quality management system maintenance
