Security Supervisor- Eagle Night Watch Security

Job Description:

1. Supervise work scheduling and workflow of daily routine operations.
2. Supervise and assist with customer service functions.
3. Manage and supervise Security Officers.
4. Write weekly, monthly operational reports for review.
5. Review operations and write reports for operational efficiency.
6. Verify and sign off on all timesheets
7. Implement health, safety and security policies and procedures to protect employees and the public.
8. Inspect vehicles and tools.
9. Do deployment of staff.
10. Investigate incidents and write reports.

Requirements:

1. Minimum grade 12 certificate with at least 5 years supervisor experience in the security field.
2. Excellent judgment skills
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Police Clearance Certificate from 2021
5. Valid driver’s license
