Skills, Experience & Education REQUIREMENTS: ICT/Business Degree (with Business, Marketing and/or ICT related subjects). EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Four (4) years of which, (Two (2) years Client Services and Two (2) years Supervisory/Management. Client service experience within an ICT environment will be an added advantage). LEGAL REQUIREMENT: Driver’s license (Code BE) PRE-APPOINTMENT TRAINING AS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE: Previous service desk 1st line support experience and use of call management software. Experience in Local Government or relevant large organisations. KNOWLEDGE: A good understanding of current IT technologies & systems, Excellent knowledge of Local Government operations. SKILLS: Organizing skills, Interpersonal skills, Exceptional customer handling skills and telephone etiquette, Adaptable and uses initiative. |
