• Petty cash payments daily

• Following up on overdue accounts
• Answering of telephone
• Capturing Supplier invoices

• Sales /Promoting products and demonstrating to customer (garage doors / motors)
Required knowledge, skills and abilities
• Diploma in office administration or at least 5 years of work experience (in this field of work) is required
• Grade 12 qualification
• Namibian citizen
• Computer literate
Language: GERMAN /English /Afrikaans
• Age Group: 18 to 35 years of age

• Organizational skills
• Initiative
• Accurate and punctual work
• Maturity to handle a range of situations
• A meticulous and thorough nature
• Neat appearance and friendly personality
• Should be able to work independently and under pressure
