Sales Representative – Windhoek, Namibia

The group is looking for two Sales Representative in Windhoek.

Minimum Requirements…

• Grade  12 minimum
• 3-5 Years’  Experience
• Sales or related Diploma will be an advantage
• Unendorsed driver’s license
• Language Proficiency  in English and preferable other Namibian Languages

Job Specification…

• The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to:

1. Achieving daily, weekly and monthly Sales targets.

2. Overall service delivery in accordance with calling cycle, action plans/strategy, stock management,

Negotiating orders across all suppliers and product range negotiate and increase forward share on an ongoing basis.

3. Assisting with setting of the sales targets and expense budgets as per group required guidelines and

ensures that such targets and budgets are met.

4. Actively investigating new customers and/or lost business, threats and opportunities. Relevant report back to Regional S&M Manager.

5. Manage stock rotation in respect of expiry dates and damages. Ensure the correct processing and completion of claims and the signing off thereof for the relevant customers.

6. Managing of merchandisers.

7. Control of the placement and maintenance of Point of Sale Material relevant to specific promotional programs, as supplied by Principals.

8. Assist management with tasks as required from time to time.

9. Actively investigating new customers and/or lost business, threats and opportunities. Relevant report back to  Manager
