individuals who thrive on Challenges, who will manage the overall store
standards, store performance, staff performance and resolve customer queries.

Job Description:

• Ensure the Sales Targets and Service Levels of the Company are achieved.
• Ensure Effective Sales Administration.
• Build and Maintain Effective Customer and Staff Relationships.
• Promote and Enhance the Companies image in the Market.
• Drive and Generate Sales through liaising with existing customers and recruiting new customers.
• Do Market Research and give Feedback to Management. j
• Source large projects / tenders to generate sales. A

Job Requirements:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent. A Tertiary Qualification will be to your advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years* Retail Market experience, essential.
• A Team player, with good Communication Skills.
• Attention to Detail.
• Good Customer Service Skills.
• Must be energetic and able to cope with the long hours.
• Valid drivers* license.
• Computer Literate.
• Strategic selling skills.
• Namibian Citizen.
