The Ideal Candidate should possess:
• A Grade 12 certificate is essential
• A Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Knowledge of paint and allied products would be an advantage
• A Proven track record in developing exceptional client relationships
• Persuasive ability
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to be part of a team
• Confident and outgoing personality
• Commitment to ongoing learning
• Computer literacy is essential (Word, Excel)
• Pastel partner experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English (German and Afrikaans would be an advantage)
• Namibian citizen
• Code 8 drivers licence
• Residing in Swakopmund or Walvis bay

Main responsibilities:
• Product representation in market
• Expand customer base and grow market share
• Team support and inventory control assistance
• Counter sales
• Reporting to Branch Manager
