Elso Holdings is looking for 2x dynamic, well-
spoken go-getters with a passion for
generating sales and creating new customer
relationships to take up either the role of Sales
Representative in Windhoek or Walvis Bay.
Key focus areas:
Excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience in promoting and selling products.
Demonstrate effective sales techniques.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Generate and pursue sales leads.
Meet or exceed set sales targets
Negotiate contracts with new clients.
Give sales presentations to various potential clients.
Visit existing and potential clients to assess needs and to promote products and services.

Minimum requirements:
Must reside in the city of employment i.e Windhoek or Walvis Bay.
Knowledge and experience with cleaning materials and chemicals are advantages.
Ability to work under pressure.
Analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizing skills.
Ability to work in a team and on their own.
Grade 12, Namibian Citizen, Computer literate, Valid Driver’s License.
A relevant degree/ diploma in Sales/ Marketing will be an advantage.
Must have own transport.
