Key Responsibilities:

 

 

• • Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers via chat, phone, email, or social media to answer questions and guide them through the buying process.

  • Lead Conversion & Sales: Convert inbound leads into sales, follow up on inquiries, and close deals.

  • Campaign & Promotion Support: Collaborate with marketing to promote special offers and new product launches.

  • Customer Feedback: Collect feedback and report recurring issues to improve service and product offerings.

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

 

• • 1–3 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or telesales

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups

  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is an advantage

  • Basic digital literacy and comfort working in online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, etc.)

  • Results-driven, target-focused mindset
