Position: Sales & Marketing Administrator

Reporting: Sales and Marketing Manager

Tunacor Group is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales & Brand Administrator.This role is vital in ensuring efficient sales processes, maintaining excellent customer relations, and supporting our brand presence across all platforms.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

* Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing or similar qualification.
* Any qualification in Business Administration.
* 2 – 3 years’ experience in a business administration, sales, marketing or finance environ-ment.
* An administrative or sales background
* Logistics experience would be an added advantage

KEY JOB OUTPUT

* Sales Administration
* Manage stock bookings, pricing updates, and invoicing on the Velazquez system.
* Coordinate loading instructions and ensure accuracy of delivery documents.
* Reconcile sales with Finance, issue monthly statements, and compile weekly reports.
* Handle high volumes of orders, calls, emails, and client queries.
* Support the Walvis Bay Fish Shop with stock control and weekly counts.
* Ensure contract pricing accuracy and support the sales team in daily operations.
* Brand Awareness & Marketing
* Maintain a consistent company image across platforms and events.
* Represent the company at industry events and assist with event planning.
* Customer Relations
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
* Record and follow up on handling of complaints with corrective actions.
* SHEQ Compliance
* Comply with SHE, HACCP, IFS, and food safety standards.
* Promote a safe working environment and manage safety gear for external visitors
