• To Increase Sales and Achieve Sales Targets
• Grow Banner groups, in Sales and Numbers
• Monitoring Opposition Prices – Price Tracking and Pamphlets
• Develop Strong Customer Relations, Communication, Customer Visits, Customer Purchase Analyses and Retail Feedback
• Effective Pre-Promotional and Promotional Management, Actioning Promotion Schedules and Ensuring Stock Availability
• High Standard of Housekeeping to Improve Customer Experience, ensure High Safety Standards and OHS
• Develop Supplier Commitment, Improve Relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ Experience in a Sales Manager Position
• Experience in the FMCG Environment
• Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
• Strong Administrative and Numerical Skills
• Computer Literate
• Customer Service Orientated
• Technical Proficiency
• Problem Solving Skills
• Attention to Detail
