SALES MANAGER

A new position for a Sales Manager has opened at Indongo Ford Oshakati. The successful candidate must have the capacity, profile and experience to achieve targets and increase market share in area of responsibility. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in this field with an undisputed record of accomplishment, ideally gained in the Automotive industry dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• To manage and superv.se the total vehicle and fleet sales functions (new & used) for Indongo Ford
• Key Performance Areas
• Manage the New and Used vehicle Departments.
• lead and develop a highly efficient sales team
• Achieve and exceed targets and budgets
• Effectively manage and control vehicle stock levels
• Meet Indongo Fords Standards and effectively manage the Sales Development Program.
• Exploit market and market ng opportunities
• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Good communications skills with customers and all departmental staff members.
• Be a contributing member of the Management team
• Adhere to group standards and policies.
• Maintain a first-time-right policy

Competencies / Skills

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in motor vehicle sales
• Minimum grade 12. A Qualification in Sa es/ Marketing will be an advantage.
• Basic financial knowledge
• Computer Literate – MS Office
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and posses the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• valid Namibian Drivers license
• Namibian Citizenship
