Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer purchase orders and verify product details, quantities, and pricing.
- Generate order confirmations against approved purchase orders.
- Conduct daily dispatch reviews and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Prepare commercial invoices for cash customers.
- Gather dispatch documentation and follow up on outstanding documents.
- Ensure complete border documentation is obtained, processed, and submitted to transporters.
- Follow up on purchase order amendments and outstanding purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate sales and logistics records and documentation.
- Promote a strong performance culture focused on the achievement of WBSH’s vision, mission and values.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Advanced Subsidiary Level (AS Level).
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales, logistics, financial, or administrative environment.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working on Accpac will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of invoicing and financial control procedures.
- Knowledge of documentation control and export sales processes.
- Knowledge of VAT regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid Driver’s license – Code B.
