Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Promote sales to ensure that budgets are met/exceeded to enhance profitability.Specify products to Architects, Contractors, Interior designers, Retail / Walk-in customers.Deal with designs from development stage and liaise with the Office Administrator to manage and execute designs as per client request.Daily administrative functions.Research and decide on materials and products to be sourced for current projects.Buy stock and negotiate with suppliers on key items, specials, and direct products.Maintain an attractive shop appearance.Monitor competitors and current trends.Credit control.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A young and energetic self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must have industry knowledge.Must be service oriented, with a high level of integrity.Good negotiating skills.We want a natural Salesperson who is able to sell a cage to a lion!

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Grade 12.MS Office package proficient.Minimum 2 years product and sales experience ideally relating to tiles, and industrial sanitary products.Must be a fluent communicator in English.Valid Code B driver’s license and Own car would be an advantage.
