SALES AND STOCK CONTROLLER – Mariental Electrical Contractors

Mariental Electrical Contractors has the following position available:

The applicant should Im* male, well organized, properly groomed and have experience in both sales and stock keeping.

REQUIREMENTS:
⦁ More than 2 years experience in sales and stock.
⦁ Proven experience in stcK’k keeping as well as sales, references is compulsory
⦁ Computer literate Microsoft word and excel is compulsory any additional computer background/experience will be an advantage.
⦁ Applicant must be fluent in English and Afrikaans – read, write and communicate.
⦁ Applicant must have people skills – sales requires the applicant to grace fully handle customers and attract new ones.
⦁ Applicant is required to be* able to work in a fast paced environment with an aptitude in problem solving.
⦁ Applicant is required to Im* well organised, responsible and able to perform his duties flawlessly
⦁ Applicant must be trustworthy, punctual and have sober habits.
⦁ Applicant must be an exceptional team player
⦁ Electrical background will Ik* an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦁ Successful applicant must be able to order, receive, capture(price) slock and keep control of stock, stock counts is vital
⦁ Successful applicant must be able to apply basic stock principals and always be in control of stock levels as well as open orders.
⦁ Successful applicant must be able to professionally deal with customers – over the counter and lelephonically
⦁ Successful candidate to be courteous and professional at all limes.
⦁ Successful applicant must perform general admin duties: calls, emails, messages communication with customers must remain priority at all limes
⦁ Successful applicant to maintain an organized and controlled work space in the office al all limes slock and sides
⦁ Successful applicant must be able to liaise with customers and suppliers lelephonically orders, quotes, enquiries
⦁ Successful applicant to coordinate electrician schedules and maintain order and a fast pace and impeccable qualily service ethic at all limes.
