Santam Namibia Limited have open positions for Sales Agents to sell our pro u and establish your own portfolio.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The incumbents should maintain high standards and provide Santam products to clients in a professional and ethical manner. Salos targets and persistency of sales should be reached and maintained monthly and incumbents should successfully complete Internal and external training courses.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reaching and maintaining sales targets.
• E^nsure that affordable and appropriate products are provided to suit each individual’s needs.

Provide accurate and truthful advice to clients and prospective clients.

Meeting the company’s administrative requirements

• Quality and quantity of sales are maintained.
• Develop and maintain positive client relations.
• Maintain a sound knowledge of the company’s products.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 and experience in sales and life-insurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and one local language. Well-groomed individual with a confident and outgoing personality. Ensure high levels of confidentiality, integrity, initiative and self-discipline.
