To ensure that customers’ orders are captured accurate and timeously in order for operations to deliver stock on time.

Maintain positive and outstanding relationships with principals
Receives customer orders from representatives and process as per laid down procedures
Take telephonic orders from customers, processing of telephonic and faxed orders as per laid down procedures
Write picking slip numbers on orders and filing of orders
Transfer stock from main warehouse to rep’s warehouse, balancing stock by invoicing all sales
Print stock report of rep’s Warehouse
Follow up any discrepancies with reps and rectify
Monthly claim back of trade and promotional discount allowed to customers as per printed report
Attend monthly stock takes to do stock adjustments as per counts
Handles queries from customers

Performs relief duties as required

Requirement(s)
Grade 12
1 Year’s experience in ​a similar position where data capturing and typing are include
Be computer literate with excellent keyboard operating skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Professional telephone etiquette
Attention to detail and acuracy
Namibian Citizenship (Certified ID or passport copy required)
