The Namibia Airports Company is a wholly State-owned company established in terms
of the NAC Act (Act no. 25 of 1998) and governed by the Public Enterprises Governance
Act (Act no.1 of 2019) and Companies Act (Act no.28 of 2004), to undertake the
operations, management, and control of certain aerodromes in Namibia, and to provide
for incidental matters.

Direct Supervisor Manager: Resourcing, Relations & Wellness
Primary Purpose
• To establish and implement safety, health, environment
and wellness policies and procedures in compliance with
the statutory requirements, regulations, and company
policies.
• Provide safety, health, environment, and wellness support
to the operations of the company and ensure that all
practices are in compliance with the relevant regulatory
requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Occupational Health
and Safety, with 5 years working experience in the
Occupational Health & Safety Environment of which 2
years should be at supervisory level
OR
• Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) in Occupational Health
and Safety or any other related qualification with a
minimum of 3 years working experience of which 2 years
should be at supervisory level
Added Advantages
• A valid driver’s licence
• New Management Development Program (NMDP)
